What's a book club meeting without a little controversy?

Haruki Murakami's Sputnik Sweetheart set off a debate where no one agreed on the ending (the group as a whole - with detractors - didn't like the ending.) Some people liked it, others didn't -so it is at Bibilophilly.

Next meeting is August 22nd @ 6 for Chuck Palahnuik's Invisible Monsters, a graphic book so readers beware. Sure to fire up some opinions.

Our book selections for October and November were determined. October will be Bluebeard by Kurt Vonnegut and November is J.P. Donleavy's The Ginger Man
